Pick Up and Drop Off

Arrival

7:45 am – 8:10 am
Each grade level will line up outside their designated door. Door A is for 2nd and 3rd grade. Door B is for K and 1st grade. Door C is for 4th-6th grade. Staff will meet the students at the designated door. The students are welcome to enter the building at 7:45 am . Arrival time should be no earlier than 7:45 to minimize students waiting outside and supervision will not begin until 7:45am. If parents plan to walk their student to the designated door where they are lining up, they will be asked to say goodbye there. Parents may not enter the building. We are trying to limit the number of people who enter the building in order to keep the spread of the virus down. Ideally, saying goodbye to your child in the car would be best. The drop off lane will be for cars to drop off their students and a staff member will supervise them walking into the building. Please do NOT park in the drop-off lane. This is only for dropping students off. Please be considerate and pull forward to allow for multiple cars to drop off. See the map if you have any questions.

All entrances will be labeled. If your child arrives after the late bell at 8:10, please have them enter through the main entrance (door B) so we can register their attendance. From there they will walk to their classroom inside the building.

Dismissal

3:05 pm
Students will be dismissed from their grade level door. Parents will need to park and walk up to pick up their students. Use the same door as arrival. Door A is for 2nd and 3rd grade. Door B is for K and 1st grade. Door C is for 4th-6th grade. If they are meeting a sibling from another grade they can do that once outside.

A reminder that students will come to their designated door at approximately 3:05. Please do not arrive before that time. Walkers will be walked to crosswalks at 3:00. Do NOT block intersections. Bus students will be walked to the gym at 2:50pm. Please do NOT block any entrance or exits of the parking lots as the busses or daycare vans have the right of way.
